Wood tone difference noticeable?

I just got these vintage spade back chairs which I love but my table is new (not vintage) from Fantastic Furniture. The wood is totally different and I don't think I can stain the table. Does it look too mismatched?

I think it works! The difference is noticeable in the first photo but not at all in the second photo. Depends on the lighting and angle you are looking at it from - I personally love the slight contrast.

I think it looks harmonious!

I don’t think the issue is the wood colour but the tone itself. The chairs are much more warmer than the table and that’s a bit off putting. Love the chairs though

Typically you would want the chairs darker than the table if they are mismatched but it's not a huge difference. If you want a bit more coordination get something in that lighter wood tone for the table eg little tray for salt and pepper, or coasters. Not essential though. Also want to mention that it's not just how the table works with the chairs but the fact you have wooden floors and wooden shelving in different hues anyway. So overall it is a nice timber/natural theme and things will fit in.

I think the wood tones are complimentary - yes you can tell the table is a bit darker but it doesn't clash at all. The chairs are so nice!
